TERMS OF SALE

These Terms of Sale govern every purchase made on https://the-rightside.com, operated by Baptistes Corporation (SAS), 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France, RCS Paris 103 880 597, VAT FR09103880597 (full details in our Legal Notice). By placing an order you accept these Terms of Sale.

1. PRODUCTS

We sell printed apparel with satirical designs, produced on demand. Product photos and mockups are illustrative; minor variations in print placement or colour rendering may occur and do not constitute a defect.

2. PRICES

Prices are displayed in the currency of your market. For deliveries to the European Union, the United Kingdom and Australia, prices include applicable VAT or GST. For deliveries to the United States, applicable sales taxes are calculated and added at checkout. Promotional offers and bundle prices are valid for the period and under the conditions displayed at the time of the order.

3. ORDER AND CONTRACT

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation e-mail. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, payment incident or obvious pricing error; any amount already paid is then refunded. By ordering you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence.

4. PAYMENT

Payments are processed securely by the payment providers available at checkout (via Shopify Payments and its partners). We never store your full card details.

5. PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY

Items are printed on demand (2 to 3 business days) and then shipped; delivery times, costs and zones are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Sale. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

6. WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

Depending on your country of delivery, you benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal (European Union, United Kingdom), a 14-day change-of-mind policy in addition to your statutory rights (Australia), or a 30-day return policy (United States), as detailed in our Refund and Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Sale.

7. STATUTORY GUARANTEES

Consumers in the European Union benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity; consumers in the United Kingdom from the Consumer Rights Act 2015; consumers in Australia from the guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded. Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits those mandatory rights.

8. LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim arising out of a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the products concerned. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. As a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of your country of habitual residence and may bring proceedings before the courts of that country. EU consumers may use the Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
