TERMS OF SERVICE

1. WHO WE ARE

THE RIGHT SIDE is a brand operated by Baptistes Corporation, a French SAS registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 103 880 597, with its registered office at 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France (full details in our Legal Notice). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://the-rightside.com and any purchase made on it. By using the site or placing an order, you accept these Terms.

2. PRODUCTS

We sell printed apparel with satirical designs, produced on demand. Product photos and mockups are illustrative; minor variations in print placement or colour rendering may occur and do not constitute a defect. Our products are humorous, satirical items and express no statement about any specific person.

3. PRICES AND PROMOTIONS

Prices are displayed in the currency of your market. For deliveries to the European Union, the United Kingdom and Australia, prices include applicable VAT or GST. For deliveries to the United States, applicable sales taxes are calculated and added at checkout. Promotional offers (such as time-limited discounts or bundle prices) are valid for the period and under the conditions displayed on the site at the time of the order.

4. ORDERS

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation e-mail. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, payment incident, or obvious pricing error; in such cases any amount already paid is refunded. By ordering you confirm that you have reached the age of legal majority in your country of residence.

5. PAYMENT

Payments are processed securely by the payment providers available at checkout (via Shopify Payments and its partners). We never store your full card details.

6. DELIVERY

Delivery zones, production and shipping times, and shipping costs are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

7. WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND STATUTORY GUARANTEES

Your withdrawal and return rights, which vary by country of delivery (14 days in the European Union and the United Kingdom, 14 days in Australia in addition to your statutory rights, 30 days in the United States), are described in our Refund and Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Consumers in the European Union also benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity; consumers in the United Kingdom benefit from the Consumer Rights Act 2015; consumers in Australia benefit from the guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits those mandatory rights.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, texts, images and trademarks on the site, including THE RIGHT SIDE name and logo, are protected and remain the property of Baptistes Corporation. Purchasing a product grants no licence to reproduce or commercially exploit any design.

9. LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim arising out of a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the products concerned. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of that country. Consumers in the European Union may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
