SHIPPING POLICY

1. MADE TO ORDER

Every item is printed on demand after your order is confirmed. Production takes 2 to 3 business days. Orders are produced by our fulfilment partner (Printful) at the printing facility closest to your delivery address, within its network in the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom and Australia.

2. DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery after production:
United States: 2 to 5 business days
United Kingdom and Ireland: 2 to 4 business days
Germany, Spain, Poland and Italy: 3 to 6 business days
Australia: 3 to 8 business days

In total, most orders arrive about one week after purchase. These times are estimates and may vary during busy periods. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing or events of force majeure.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs, and any free-shipping offers, are displayed at checkout before payment.

4. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

In most cases your order is printed within your own region and no customs duties apply. Where a cross-border shipment is required, any applicable duties or import taxes are indicated at checkout or are borne by the customer as indicated at the time of purchase.

5. TRACKING

A tracking number is e-mailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you have not received it within 5 business days, please check your spam folder and then contact us at contact@the-rightside.com.

6. DELIVERY ISSUES

If your parcel arrives damaged, or an item is missing or does not match your order, contact us at contact@the-rightside.com with photos. See our Refund Policy for how we resolve these cases quickly.
